Shipping policy

1. Where orders ship from

Ships from California (US fulfillment partner). Every order is prepared and dispatched from California by our US fulfillment partner.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

• Dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Tracked delivery in 5 to 10 business days.
• The tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

3. Rates

• $19 flat rate, tracked.
• Free when the product total reaches $150.

The applicable rate is shown in the cart and before payment.

Outside the United States, import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer confirms that receiving the products is lawful at the place of delivery.

5. Packaging

Discreet packaging: a plain box with no mention of the contents or the Site name on the outside. Vials are sealed and cushioned; the product label carries the compound name, net quantity, lot number and "research use only".

6. Lost or damaged parcels

A parcel that is lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but never reached you is reshipped free of charge or refunded in full. Write to support@oxpeptides.com with your order number; we file the carrier claim ourselves. See the refund policy.

7. Address changes

An address can be corrected until the parcel is handed to the carrier. Write to us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier.
