Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern access to oxpeptides.com (the "Site") and every order placed through it. Placing an order means accepting these terms in full.

2. Buyer attestation

Before an order is accepted, the buyer actively confirms that:

• the buyer is at least 21 years old;
• the products are purchased for laboratory research by or on behalf of a researcher or laboratory;
• the products will not be resold or supplied for human or veterinary use, in any form;
• the buyer is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in the place of delivery, including import rules.

The date, time and content of this attestation are logged (see the privacy policy). The Seller may refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these conditions.

3. Products

Each product page describes the compound: sequence or composition, net quantity, form, packaging, lot and storage conditions. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory; the certificate of analysis is published with its lot number and date when available. The Seller provides no usage information of any kind, on the Site or through support.

4. Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars (USD), excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown before payment.
• An order is confirmed by e-mail once payment is authorized. The contract is formed at that moment.
• Product availability is shown on each page. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, the Seller refunds it in full within 10 business days.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; the buyer is informed and may cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; the Seller never stores card numbers. The name of the processing entity, not the Site name, may appear on the buyer's statement.

6. Subscriptions (Subscribe & save)

• A subscription is a recurring order of the same product and size, shipped every 30 days, with 15% off the one-time price.
• It is opt-in only: nothing is pre-selected at checkout.
• Each renewal is charged to the payment method used at sign-up and confirmed by e-mail.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the tokenised link in the order e-mail. No account is required. Cancellation takes effect for the next renewal; a parcel already dispatched follows the refund policy.
• If a price or the product changes, the subscriber is informed by e-mail before the next renewal.

7. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from California by the Seller's US fulfillment partner within 24 to 48 business hours, with tracked delivery in 5 to 10 business days. Rates, destinations and packaging are detailed in the shipping policy. Lost or damaged parcels are reshipped free of charge or refunded.

8. Returns and refunds

Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened vials cannot. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Full terms in the refund policy.

9. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law. The buyer alone is responsible for the handling, storage and use of the products in the laboratory, and for any use contrary to section 2. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (texts, photographs, layout, certificates) is protected. Reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Changes

The Seller may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the Site on the day of the order; the date at the top of this page identifies it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is registered (see the legal notice). Consumers keep the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. Any dispute is first submitted to support@oxpeptides.com for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of the Seller's registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules to the contrary.
